Return Policy

Please select your artwork carefully and if you have any questions use the Contact form to reach out to us. We do not accept returns, but please contact us if you have a problem with your order. We respond within 24 hours. All items are final sale.

Damaged Artwork

If you notice any serious damaged to the outside of the package when your artwork arrives, document it by digitally photographing the package before opening. If the artwork is damaged contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork and include digital images of the damage. All artwork is one-of-a-kind therefore cannot be duplicated. If we conclude the artwork was damaged in transit we will work with you to correct the situation; this may include repairing the artwork or creating another artwork of equal value. The original artwork must be returned prior to any correction that may be made. If determined the artwork was damaged in transit and it is deemed returnable, artwork will be returned at buyer’s expense.
