Topped with a shell resting on hand tied net and a sandy textured lid

The body of the recycled jar is covered in fabric with water-like ripples, then more net and more shells. Clinging to the jar is a hand sculpted sea star. All of the jar body elements have been painted in an aqua color and then finished with a dry brushed silver metallic. The lid has a faux suede hinge and there are five little foam padded shell feet to protect the surface it will be set on. The piece is approximately 9 3/4 inches tall with 11 1/2 inches in circumference at its widest point and it is signed on the bottom.

This is a decorative piece only and not suitable for use with food or liquids. The lid lifts up so the jar could store beach treasures or even small office supplies.
