Spacey Lacey is a decorative, recycled altered jar, covered in objects transformed by texture and paint. Not only a fun piece to display but may be a utility piece too.

Details –

Spacey Lacey was primed and then covered in lace. Hand created elements include – curled cloth covered wire, melted felt cups, buttons, plastic and glass beads. The elements were attached, and then painted using a dry brush technique and metallic paint.

Spacey Lacey is approximately 5 1/4” x 3 1/4” and is signed on the bottom.

This is a decorative piece only and not suitable for use with food or liquids. The lid is removable so the jar could be used to store items such as artificial flowers or office supplies.
