Wrecktangle was created using a resist technique - by folding and clamping fabric and then painting it. After the fabric is dry, unclamped and unfolded it revealed a geometric, somewhat architectural design. It is free-motion quilted to emphasize the design.

Wrecktangle is approximately 13 3/4” x 13 3/4”. It has a hanging sleeve and a slat. Two finishing nails are included and may be used for hanging. The piece also has a signed label on the back. Link to my short video - How to hang an art quilt.

I recommend the piece be displayed away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
